We are looking for someone to help us set up our Sharepoint library (libraries) and do some initial training on how to use Sharepoint.

We have been using outlook for quite some time but never quite designed and laid out the documents library as we want it, as a result nobody uses it.

Scope of Work

Design and implementation

Sites → overall infrastructure  libraries, etc, within sites (maybe even create templates)

metadata file management

security

external sharing (policies, data retention, permissions)

internal sharing (cross-site sharing)

workflows

streamlined search functionality (tweak search with built-in options to optimize it for our use/needs)

integration with other apps/systems (maybe)

Support with training and documentation
staff training

SOP creation.
