I need the data within my Salesforce contact record pages to populate within the corresponding fields of my life insurance application web app. A button to this web app is already established, I just need the record information to be communicated to the life insurance application web app.

I also need a field showing within lead records that signifies do-not-call status to show within lead record list views. Any way that a field column can signify the do-not-call status of lead records within list view is acceptable as a resolution.
