Need a freelancer for our Chatbot Automation
Our leads come in google spreadsheet
1) From a google spread sheet, read client name, whatsapp number and email
2) Send the company profile based on his enquiry and specific BA or MA or language requirement
3) Chat bot asks for more details based on selection, further questions and profile
4) Finally selects the next available employee and lets the customer book the calendar for the meeting
