| Skills: - Create conceptual, logical and physical data models (Entity-relationship and/or UML) - Model data warehouse structure, and define ETLs - Optimize transactional and reporting databases and queries for performance - Proficiency in MS-SQL Server required - Setup and troubleshoot DB connectivity - Generate DDL scripts - Create stored procedures, functions, triggers, user-defined data types, etc. for performing CRUD operations - Ability to identify performance - Audit trail and historical storage - Define and implement policies for data retention and backups - Experience working with partitions, temporary tables and materialized views - Experience in handling CLOB/BLOB data - Experience working with persistence frameworks such as Hibernate, Spring, MyBatis is desired - Experience creating data flow diagrams (DFDs) will be a plus |
