<p>Project Overview</p> <p> </p> <p>Provide a high-level summary of the migration project, including its objectives, timeline, and key stakeholders.</p> <p>Current System Assessment</p> <p> </p> <p>Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing Sage X3 system, including its modules, configurations, and integrations.</p> <p>Identify any customizations or third-party applications that are currently in use.</p> <p>Migration Requirements Gathering</p> <p>Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the requirements and expectations for the migration project.</p> <p>Identify the specific data, configurations, and functionalities that need to be migrated from Sage X3 to Sage 300 People.</p> <p> </p> <p>Data Migration</p> <p>Develop a data migration strategy and plan, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading.</p> <p>Identify any data cleansing or data quality improvement tasks that need to be performed during the migration.</p> <p>Configuration and Customization</p> <p> </p> <p>Assess the gaps between the existing Sage X3 system and the desired state in Sage 300 People.</p> <p>Define the configuration changes and customizations required in Sage 300 People to meet the business requirements.</p> <p>Develop a plan for configuring Sage 300 People, including modules, workflows, security settings, and reporting requirements.</p> <p> </p> <p>Integration and Interfaces</p> <p>Identify any integrations or interfaces with other systems that need to be migrated to Sage 300 People.</p> <p>Develop a plan for migrating and reconfiguring these integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.</p> <p> </p> <p>Testing and Quality Assurance</p> <p>Develop a comprehensive testing strategy and plan, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.</p> <p>Define the test scenarios, test cases, and expected outcomes for each phase of testing.</p> <p>Conduct thorough testing to ensure data accuracy, system functionality, and user acceptance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Training and Change Management</p> <p>Develop a training strategy and plan to ensure that end-users are proficient in using Sage 300 People.</p> <p>Provide training sessions, user guides, and documentation to support the transition from Sage X3 to Sage 300 People.</p> <p>Develop a change management plan to address any organizational or process changes resulting from the migration.</p> <p> </p> <p>Go-Live and Post-Implementation Support</p> <p>Develop a go-live plan, including data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.</p> <p>Provide post-implementation support to address any issues or concerns that arise after the migration.</p> <p>Establish a process for monitoring and resolving any post-migration issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>Project Management and Governance</p> <p>Define the project management approach and establish a governance structure for the migration project.</p> <p>Identify key project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.</p> <p>Establish regular communication channels and reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed about the project's progress.</p>

<p>We are looking for someone who have the below qualification:</p> <p> </p> <p>1. Exporting of data from Dynamics NAV to assist in data migration from Dynamics to Salesforce CRM.</p> <p> </p> <p>2. Advise on any new functionality or improvements on the existing ones to have a seamless process.</p>

Current Server Details:</p> <p class="MsoNormal">  - 200 GB Data on Premise (Physical Server).</p> <p class="MsoNormal">2. Looking for 500 GB Storage on Azure (Including MSSQL Services).</p> <p class="MsoNormal">3. Database Migration from on-premises server to new Azure cloud server.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">4. Auto Schedule Database backup to defined folder.</p>

We are looking for 3 positions with the below skillset for 3 months. WFH is available and the candidate should be based in India (any location )   <ul> <li>Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in any Engineering preferably Computer Science and IT.</li> <li>Total and relevant experience of 3-7 years experience in AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.</li> <li>Very Strong in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations and Dynamics AX 2012 Customization, Development and Integration.</li> <li>Should have at least 2 end to end implementation experiences.</li> <li>Should have data migration exposure.</li> <li>Exposure in Azure Integration stack (Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Storage, Web Apps) with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation will be preferred</li> <li>Undertake Performance Optimization exercises on Microsoft Dynamics environments and make recommendations to improve performance</li> <li>Can work in upgrades from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, AX 2012 R2, R3 and Dynamics AX 2009 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations.</li> </ul>
